One of the basic exercises of the career orientated teacher is to 'create' a curriculum to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in matters of Judaic studies.
More often than not, the 'masterpiece' is nothing more than a rework of an earlier curriculum which in turn was based upon a still earlier curriculum. ( My own experience many years years ago was not very different - been there done that )
Fortunately, these people move on to bigger and brighter things
