I would like to believe that there is another category of teacher who has been classroom-focused. He/she would have worked hard to create, and then refine a teaching system with which they are comfortable.
Then, as a MASTER TEACHER, they would have carefully implemented their system into the classroom environment.
As a rule, these teachers are the true KLEI KODESH of Jewish continuity - and whom, parenthetically, are the least appreciated.
