NALEKET prides itself on attempting to create a 'user friendly' system of presenting its product line.
Unfortunately, the system is not totally 'foolproof' - and from time to time, as new material is added to the modules, the LINKS can disappear into cyberspace.
STEPS TO TAKE:

• Identify the file that needs to be opened. As the mouse moves over the LINK BUTTON, the ICON changes to a HAND shape and the file's name will appear in a small panel at the bottom of the screen.
• Note the entire path to that file [ eg. POWERPOINT/SHEMOT_SERIES_1/menu.pdf ]
• Using the WINDOWS EXPLORER attempt to verify that the file actually exists. This can be done by double clicking the various file structures of the CD ROM.

If the File does exist:
This would indicate a BROKEN LINK problem. DOUBLE CLICKING the filename should activate the file

If the File does not list in the DIRECTORY:
This would indicate either a MISSING FILE problem.
